The Annual POLIS Conference is Europe’s leading sustainable urban mobility event, providing an opportunity for cities and regions to showcase their transport achievements to a large audience of mobility experts, practitioners, and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors.
After a record-breaking edition in 2023, the POLIS Team and our Conference hosts and POLIS members Baden-Württemberg and Karlsruhe are glad to welcome you to another fantastic Conference.
The Annual POLIS Conference 2024—a joint event by POLIS, Baden-Württemberg, the City of Karlsruhe, and Messe Karlsruhe—will take place on 27-28 November in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Registration fees 2024:
- POLIS Conference (excluding VAT):
- Early bird rate (registration before 30 September 2024): EUR 350
- Full rate: EUR 450
- POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per member)
- Speakers, chairs: free of charge (1 speaker per presentation)
- Media: free of charge (copy of press card or proof of the profession must be sent to acollignon@polisnetwork.eu)
- Students (undergraduates only): EUR 75 (copy of student card must be sent to acollignon@polisnetwork.eu)
- Conference Dinner on 27 November 2024 (excluding VAT):
- Participants: EUR 100
- Speakers, chairs: EUR 100
- POLIS members: free of charge (up to 3 representatives per member)
- Media: EUR 100
- Students: EUR 100
