Planning Smart Mobility: the MOBI-MIX Implementation Guide

This guide has been developed in the framework of the Interreg MOBI-MIX project, that aims to improve implementation of shared mobility and MaaS in order to increase up-take of low-carbon transport in cities.
The webinar will focus on three main topics:
- Solution vs challenge-driven: what strategy to use when implementing new shared mobility solutions?
- Procurement: what procurement process is best to source and select mobility providers?
-Partnerships: what type of collaboration methods is best to develop with mobility providers during the implementation stage?
